I am very pleased with the service and results of my repair. My car looks like new and I felt confident that my car was in good hands. The staff was professional and explained the process thoroughly. They handled everything with my insurance company and scheduled my services in a manner that worked with my schedule, also lining up a rental car to arrive the exact moment I needed it when I dropped off my car. My only criticism would be that my sales rep, who was fantastic otherwise, didn’t return calls or emails to his personal account/number promptly. But, when I called and caught him and spoke directly to him at the front desk he was excellent. I will definitely return, although hopefully won’t need to, again. Also, I appreciate that the service center lobby and waiting areas are clean, bright and friendly. I never had to wait long there, but when I did it was comfortable and stocked with refreshments. Finally when I picked up my car a tech happily took me out in the car and gave me some hints about the autopilot systems. It was very helpful. Thank you!
